How Our Wafer Cake Is Made
Our wafer cakes are crafted through a meticulous process that combines traditional techniques with careful attention to detail. Here's a glimpse into how we create these delicious treats:
1. Preparing the Wafers

The wafers we use are store bought wafers from a company called Karolina Tort Wafers.
At this time we do not make our own wafers.
2. Creating the Cream Filling

The cream filling is the heart of our wafer cake, providing both flavor and moisture. We prepare our cream using high-quality ingredients, whipping it to achieve the perfect light, airy texture.
We select only the finest chocolate and blend it with a special mixture of crushed cookies to create the distinctive, authentic flavor that makes our traditional Oblatna wafer cakes so delicious and memorable.
3. Assembly & Setting

The assembly process is where true craftsmanship shines. We carefully layer the wafers and cream filling, ensuring even distribution and perfect proportions in every slice.
Once assembled, the cake needs time to set properly. This resting period allows the cream to slightly soften the wafer layers, creating that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes our wafer cakes so special.
